Therapy (Texas only)

  • Therapy is only available to residents of Texas.

  • My rate is $135 per session, with limited sliding scale spots.

Speaking Engagements

Coaching (worldwide)

  • Therapy focuses on mental health, diagnosis, and treatment planning. It often involves working through past experiences and trauma. Coaching, on the other hand, is not mental health treatment it doesn’t provide diagnosis or therapy. Coaching is future-focused, growth-oriented, and designed to give you strategies for the specific challenges or goals you’re facing right now.

  • The kind of coaching I do is for women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, build confidence, and create healthier boundaries in their lives and relationships.

    It’s also for entrepreneurs who want to work on mindset, overcome impostor syndrome, and bring more clarity, joy, and structure to their business or purpose.

  • Coaching sessions are $100 each, or $199 for a package of 3 sessions.

    For longer commitments (3+ sessions), I also offer special programs reach out and ask about them.

  • Yes, guides are digital, cards and other products are physical.

  • Immediately after purchase.

  • 3–5 business days.

  • All sales are final no refunds or returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to see how I can support you.

  • If your product arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of receiving it, including a photo of the item and packaging. While I’m not responsible for delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier, I want you to have a good experience and will do my best to make it right.
