Hi, I’m Yavierlis!
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, now living in Texas, creating space for women to heal and reconnect.
I’m a therapist, speaker, and creator dedicated to helping women reclaim their voice, set boundaries without guilt, and feel at peace with themselves.
My journey hasn’t been linear. Infertility, living with a chronic condition, and the messy beauty of motherhood have all shaped me. I know what it’s like to feel pressure to “hold it all together” while quietly running on empty. That’s why I do this work not from theory alone, but from lived experience.
My approach? Warm, direct, and deeply validating. I’ll challenge you to grow, but I’ll also laugh with you (because sometimes healing needs humor, too). With me, you’ll always find honesty, empathy, and the reminder that your needs matter.
My style blends evidence-based therapy with humanity. I integrate EMDR, ERP-informed care, and Internal Family Systems, always through a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens. I’m also trained in Perinatal Mental Health, supporting women through infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum challenges.
But beyond the methods, my approach is warm, validating, and practical. I believe in therapy and coaching that doesn’t just “fix” symptoms it helps you build the life and relationships you truly deserve.
This isn’t about becoming a “new you.” It’s about reconnecting with the real you.
My mission is to accompanying women mothers, professionals, and caregivers to rediscover themselves, set boundaries without guilt, and cultivate authentic relationships. I believe that prioritizing yourself is not selfish; it is an act of self-love and a path to healthier relationships.

As someone who has lived with endometriosis for over 15 years, I understand the unique toll chronic pain and fatigue take on your mental health. Here, your experience is seen, validated, and honored.
-
So many women feel they have to shrink themselves to be loved. I work with you to rebuild confidence, strengthen your voice, and nurture relationships that feel mutual, authentic, and respectful.
What I do is not just therapy or coaching.
It’s a movement.
I create spaces where women learn to stop enduring and start prioritizing themselves. Because healing doesn’t mean doing it all alone it means daring to take up space and to choose yourself.
